PeachPDF provides free online tools for processing PDF and image files including merging, splitting, compressing, converting and editing documents and images. Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.

- Upload files containing malware, viruses or malicious code
- Process files you do not have the legal right to process
- Attempt to circumvent or disable any security features of our service

- Upload illegal content including but not limited to content that infringes copyright or contains illegal material
- Use our service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair our servers or networks

All content on PeachPDF including but not limited to our website design, logo, text, graphics and software is owned by or licensed to PeachPDF and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain full ownership of all files you upload and process through PeachPDF. By uploading files, you grant PeachPDF a temporary, limited license to process those files solely for the purpose of providing our service to you.
5. Privacy and File Handling
Your use of PeachPDF is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Files uploaded for PDF processing are automatically deleted within 1 hour. Image tools process files entirely in your browser without uploading them to our servers.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
PeachPDF is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or that results will be accurate or reliable. Use our service at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PeachPDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of our service.
Always maintain backups of important files before processing them with any online tool.
